Case of the prosecution, in br-lef, iS that this iS a Case Of criminal co'nspiracy to commit red sander smuggling, criminally trespassed into the restricted reserve forest without permission, cut the live red sander trees and committed theft and trying to shift by loading for the purpose Of Smuggling that occurred on E=i= -I k€ 2 ~/ 25.03.2024 at 10.30 PM, at Kuravachenu Area, Atthivaram Forest Beat, Naidupeta section and Range, Venkatagiri Sub- DivisionaI Forest Office, Tirupati District, in which 46 r,ed sander logs and 05 red sander root, weighing 455 Kgs were seized and Al was arrested. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that basing on the confessional statement of.A1, the petitioner herein is arrayed as accused in the present crime. Except the said confessional statement, no other material has been collected showing the complicity of the petitioner in commission of offence: Learned 'Assistant Public Prosecutor has also not disputed rthe correctness of the said'submission of lea'rned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner herein has no previous crime record. . lt is su,bmitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has permanent abode and there is no pos'sibility of his fleeing away from the Jurisdiction of the Court. 5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner herein is arrayed as accused basing on the confessional statement of A1, this Court is inclined to grant Eat-i- / -iL- * |J -ri =\ I. ++ 3 rr anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein/A3, on the following conditions.
