The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "Therefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct to the opposite parties no-1 i.e. The Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) First, District- Sultanpur for deciding expeditiously, the Civil Suit of petitioners bearing Original Suit No-78 of 2016, Ranjana Devi and 2 others versus Heeralal and 2 others, Suit for Permanent Injunction, which is pending in the court of opposite party no- 1, since- 02/02/2016, contained as Annexure No-1, with this petition, in the interest of justice." 3. The order sheet on record reveals that even the written statement has not been filed till date and the issues have not been framed. 4. In view of the said order sheet, the present petition is disposed of directing the trial court concerned to take steps for expeditious disposal as the non-filing of the written statement is prima facie against the mandate of Order 8 Rule 1 of the CPC. The trial court would be entitled to pass appropriate orders to ensure that the suit is decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law..
