Digitally signed by NADIM MOHLE -2- 2] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to perform his duties in District Employment Exchange, Raigarh. 3] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction to the respondents to make regular payment to the petitioner. 4] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper.” 2) The petitioner was a daily rated employee working under the respondents and his services were discontinued by an oral order. 3) It is contended by Mr. Payashi, learned counsel for the petitioner that wages were not paid to the petitioner for the services rendered by him for the period from January, 2017 to 31.05.2017. 4) On the other hand, Ms. Shukla, would submit that a cheque of Rs 15,344/- was issued in favour of the petitioner on 31.01.2018 through speed post. She would further submit that as the petitioner was a daily rated employee, he has no right to claim for regularization etc. She would also submit that petitioner has already been employed as salesman in the Chhattisgarh Marketing Corporation Limited. 5) Considering the submission made by Ms. Shukla, I do not find any good ground to entertain this writ petition.
