The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "(i) Issue a writ; orders as direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to accepted the new fresh Bank Guarantee by the petitioner private Industrial Training Institute in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ; orders as direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no-2 to consider and decide the representation 15-10-2024 as early as possible in the interest of justice." 3.
