O R D E R The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondens to consider his representation dated 14.2.2024 seeking correction in the extent in respect of Patta No.714 issued in favour of the Petitioner’s father. 2.According to the Petitioner, his father owned 24 cents of land in Old S.NO.375/5A and New S.No.293/5A in Athavathur East Village, srirangam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District. However at the time of issuance of patta, the extent of the property was wrongly mentioned as 19.76 cents instead of 24 cents. The Revenue Officials also issued patta for a larger extent in favour of one Kuthalam Ammal and others. Therefore the Petitioner submitted a representation, dated 14.2.2025 seeking correction of the extent in the patta issue in the name of his father. who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the representation of the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 14.2.2025 and pass orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
