The grievance of the petitioner is that he was engaged as a Gardener in the year 2011 and since then he was continuing however he was discontinued in the year 2022 without any reason. He further submits that the petitioner is now 54 years old, therefore, he cannot get any employment in future in any department. 4. Admittedly, the petitioner is now 54 years and as per the argument advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, he has also rendered more than 10 years in service, in such an eventuality, the petitioner is given a liberty to make a fresh representation by giving details of his period of service, which he has rendered in the department as well as the details of age proof, within ten days. If such a representation is made, the competent authority is directed to consider his representation after taking into consideration the service, which he has rendered in the department for more than ten years and also after taking into consideration his age and while deciding the representation, the respondent authority shall also consider that the 2025:UHC:479 petitioner is 54 years old, therefore, the services which he has rendered in the department cannot be overlooked. 5. The respondents authority will decide such representation within one month by a reasoned and speaking order. 6.
