Though the remedy lies before the civil forum, since it is claimed that there is an unauthorized construction, to that extent, we direct the respondents 1 to 3 to ascertain as to whether any unauthorized construction is put up as alleged by the petitioner and if so, take appropriate action in the manner known to law. 4.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
