Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has furnished a copy of instructions of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kanigiri Police Station, Prakasam District, wherein it is stated that after due investigation the Police has filed a charge sheet on 26.02.2020 vide C.C.No.53 of 2020 and the case is pending for trial on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kanigiri. 3. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission is accorded. 5.
