Instant writ petition was filed by and on behalf of petitioner- plaintiff way back on 15.06.2015, feeling aggrieved by denial of the ad interim stay order passed by the Additional Civil Judge and Metropolitan Magistrate (West), Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur vide order dated 27.05.2015, which has been affirmed by the Appellate Court vide order dated 01.06.2015. 2. The issue involved is only in respect of denial of ad interim injunction and thereafter much water has flown as much as the petitioner has also been said to have passed away and no steps have been taken to substitute the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner in the instant writ petition. Hence, the writ petition by and on behalf of deceased-petitioner cannot survive. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby dismissed. 4. All pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of.
