The writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in then nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party No. 4 & 5 to not harass the petitioner and also not disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner bearing Gata No. 106 situated in Village Ganeshpur Rahmanpur (Ismailganj Ward II) Pargana , Tehsil and District - Lucknow, in the interest of justice." (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no. 2 and 3 to decide the Representation dated 16.04.2025 moved by petitioner contained in Annexure No. 5 to this writ petition." We have already decided Writ C No. 2721 of 2025 vide order dated 26.03.2025. If there is any violation of the orders passed therein, the petitioner can take measures prescribed in law, but as regards the reliefs claimed herein, which are quoted hereinabove, we see no reason to entertain this writ petition, leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue other remedies. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
