Vindeshwari and others pending before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Purva, District Unnao, expeditiously, within a period as prescribed by this Hon'ble court preferably within six months." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the suit is pending since 2008, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit expeditiously within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
