Parihar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State The Court made the following: JUDGMENT: (per Hon’ble Justice Alok Mahra) We heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent-State. 2) Vide order dated 11.02.2025, this Court had directed respondent No. 1 to take decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.01.2025 with respect to the pending disciplinary proceedings in terms of order dated 09.01.2025 earlier passed by this Court. 1 2025:UHC:7115-DB 3) Today, on instructions, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State submits that the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner have been concluded and report has already been submitted before the disciplinary authority. 4) In that view of the matter, the competent authority, i.e., respondent No. 1 is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings by taking it to its logical conclusion expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks. 5) The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 6) There shall be no order as to costs. 7) As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. ________________ G.
