JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present petition is filed seeking transfer of O.S No.99/2021 pending on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Chitradurga to the City Civil Court, Bangalore. 2. It is submitted that the granddaughter has filed the suit against the grandmother seeking partition of the suit schedule properties. The suit schedule properties are four in number, out of which two properties are situated at Chitradurga and two properties are situated at Bangalore. It is submitted that the grandmother is aged about 80 years and it is difficult for her to travel all the way to Chitradurga to contest these matters. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that they have no objection to transfer the petition from Chitradurga to Bangalore. 4. Considering the fact that there are two properties in Bangalore and two at Chitradurga and the age of the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:12610 CP No. 23 of 2025 petitioner/grandmother is about 80 years and considering the inconvenience being caused to the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to pass the following: ORDER i. O.S.No.99/2021 pending on the file of I Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Chitradurga is withdrawn and transferred to the Prl. City Civil & Sessions Judge, Bangalore. ii. The petitioner shall co-operate with the trial and shall not seek unnecessary adjournments. iii. Accordingly, the Civil Petition is Allowed. iv.
