Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C./529 BNSS has been filed by the applicant with the following main reliefs: "I. Issue an order or direction commanding to Learned court of Special Session Juge SC ST Act Sultanpur to decide the application dated 24/01/2025 (Annexure No. 6) in Criminal Case "State Versus Sadakat Ulla and others", arising out of Case Crime no, 254/2022, under Bpyam Mishra sections- 34/323/504/506/427 I.P.C. and 3(1)Da and 3(1)Dha SC/ST Act relating to Police Station- Kudhwar, District- Sultanpur pending before Learned court of Special Session Juge SC ST Act Sultanpur since 24/01/2025 (Annexure No. 6) expeditiously with immediate effect within three months." 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant has confined his prayer to the extent that a direction may be issued to the court concerned to decide the application dated 24.1.2025 for grant of No Objection Certificate/Permission for the renewal of the passport of the applicant within a stipulated time as the Court may fix. 4. Learned AGA has no objection with the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant. 5. Accordingly, the application under Section 483 Cr.P.C./529 BNSS is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid application, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
