Through the medium of instant petition, the petitioner has the sought following relief:- Sr. No. 182 2 | P a g e WP(C) No. 2877/2025 “Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner for regularization of the land measuring 1.5 Marlas and house situated at House No. 63, Christian Colony, Residency Road, Jammu.” 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed several representations before the Jammu Development Authority and latest on 05.05.2021, but the said representation has not been accorded due consideration till date. 03. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she would feel satisfied in case, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 4 to accord consideration to the representation dated 05.05.2021, alleged to have been filed by the petitioner, within some stipulated time. 04. Learned counsels for the respondents submit that they are not averse to the aforesaid preposition, provided the case of the petitioner is directed to be accorded consideration under rules and as per law. 05. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the threshold and, is accordingly, disposed of by directing the respondent No. 4 to accord consideration to the representation dated 05.05.2021, alleged to have been filed by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date, a copy of this order as well as copy of the instant writ petition along with the annexure(s) are made available to the said respondent, strictly under rules and as per law. Let the entire exercise be done within a period of four weeks from today. The order of consideration, which is likely to be passed be forwarded to the petitioner by the respondents through registered post. 3 | P a g e WP(C) No. 2877/2025 06.
