Perusal of the record reveals that the petitioners were admitted to provisional bail till 10.06.2025 but the petitioners have not surrendered before the learned trial court. The petitioners of these bail applications are directed to surrender before the learned trial court forthwith; failing which the learned trial court is directed to take all coercive steps for apprehension of the petitioners to face the trial. Since, the petitioners are no more in custody, hence, both these bail applications are rejected being not maintainable.
