JUSTICE NELSON SAILO ORDER Date : 26-09-2025 Heard Ms. G Goswami, learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners, who submits that by filing this interlocutory application, the applicants, who are the petitioner Nos. 2, 9 and 12 in the connected writ petition prays for their withdrawal from the writ petition since they had participated in the recruitment process initiated, vide advertisement dated 30.12.2024 for the Page No.# 3/3 post of Lecturers (technical) in Government Polytechnic Colleges of Assam. That since they have performed well and they have been called for the viva- voce and eventually selected, they will not like to press the writ petition and prays for their withdrawal from the case. The learned counsels for the opposite parties have no objection to the prayer made. In view of above, the applicants, who are arrayed as petitioner Nos. 2, 9 and 12 in the connected writ petition, i.e., WP(C) 1264/2023 are allowed to withdraw themselves from the said writ petition.
