It is stated that the petitioner would be at liberty to operate his account and continue with the financial transactions from the said account. It is also stated that all proceedings under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act) have since been dropped against the petitioner and in that context, she makes a statement that even S.A.No.31 of 2025 filed by the petitioner before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam would, therefore, become infructuous. 2 2.
