Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced a copy of instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Markapuram Police Station, Prakasam District, the case was investigated by the Investigating Officer, and subsequently, a charge sheet was filed against the accused on 20.09.2021 and the Calendar Case number is awaited. 3. In view of the above instructions, as investigation is already completed, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the petition directing the respondents to see that the calendar case is numbered within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
