Despite the service of notice, none appeared for respondents 4 to 6. 2. The above writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering the petitioner’s representation dated 18.02.2017, as illegal and arbitrary. 2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 18.02.2017 to the 2nd respondent, pointing out illegalities said to have been committed by the respondents 4 to 6. However, the 2nd respondent has not disposed of the said representation. 4. Learned standing counsel would submit that the petitioner made a representation about illegalities said to have been committed in the year 1999. The petitioner has to pay a necessary fee as per the Rules. He also would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be considered in terms of the A.P. State Waqf Rules, 2023 and Sections 70 and 71 of the A.P. State Waqf Act, 1985. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 18.02.2017 (Ex.P.1) made by the petitioner strictly adhering to Section 70 and 71 of the A.P.State Waqf Act, 1985 r/w Rule 54 of the A.P.Waqf Rules, 2023. No order as to costs.
