By the instant petition, the petitioner is praying for the following reliefs:- i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to prepare the seniority list of Junior Assistants on the basis of merit list prepared by the department after conducting departmental examination. ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner. iii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to place the name of the petitioner in appropriate place in the seniority list. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation for finalizing the seniority list but no decision has been taken so far by the respondents. In reference to this, he has enclosed the copy of such representation at page 28 which was preferred before the Director, 2025:UHC:22 Elementary Education, Dehradun. 5. Since, the petitioner already submitted the representation to the Director, Elementary Education, who is respondent no. 2 herein, therefore, respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the representation dated 13.05.2019 by a reasoned and speaking order after gone through the relevant Rules within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. 6.
