Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. In view of order being passed, issuance of notice to private opposite parties no.2 to 7 is dispensed with. 3. Sri Yogesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed a compliant case which has been registered as Complaint Case No.2731 of 2021 (Archana vs. Pramod and others), which is pending in the court of First Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.17, District - Sultanpur. The complaint was filed on 01.09.2022 and it was directed to be registered on 06.09.2022. Thereafter several dates have been fixed but even the statement of complainant under Section 200 Cr.P.C. has not been recorded till date, which is apparent from the copy of the order sheet annexed by the applicant. However, it also appears that the complainant is not appearing. She has appeared only on a few dates. 4. In view of above, no direction can be issued by this Court. However, in case, the applicant appears and moves an application before the concerned court, the same may be considered by the concerned court in accordance with law and proceed accordingly. 5.
