In this regard, he has drawn the attention of this Court to the additional-affidavit filed on 30.07.2025. Upon perusal of the same, the instant IA is allowed and the present incumbent, namely, Shri Deba Kumar Mishra, ACS holding the post of District Commissioner, Amingaon is impleaded as the respondent no. 3 in the connected Cont. Cas(C)/126/2024. IA accordingly stands disposed of. The learned counsel for the applicant is required to file amended cause title inserting the name of the newly impleaded respondent no. 3.
