It is submitted that a charge sheet has already been filed against the petitioner pursuant to FIR in Crime No.25 of 2021 registered before the second respondent Police Station. The case has been made over to the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, in B.R.C.No.75 of 2024 and the trial has commenced. 3. As such, under these circumstances, the prayer for issuance of passport does not arise.
