(Oral) The applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.315 of 2023, dated 01.10.2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 506 IPC and Sections 25(1-B)(a) of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. It is the second bail application of the applicant. His first bail application has already been rejected on 06.05.2024. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued that the co-accused Harpreet Singh alias Happy Kahlo and Gagandeep Singh alias Gagan Ratanpuria, having similar role, have already been granted bail by this Court. 4. Learned State counsel admits this fact. 2 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
