GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner belongs to a Scheduled Caste community and that a complaint was lodged against the respondent Nos.5 and 6 on 27.03.2025. The respondent Nos.3 and 4 have not registered any crime under the provisions of law under SC/ST (POA) Act. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the police had investigated and found that the provisions of law under SC/ST (POA) Act would not attract and that the allegations are made due to political reasons. It is submitted that even as per the complaint, there is no allegation of abuse in the name of caste. 4. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
