Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of State. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party no.2 stands dispensed with. 2. This first anticipatory bail application has been filed with regard to Complaint Case No. 1322 of 2013 under Sections 147, 149, 392, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Inayat Nagar, District Ayodhya. 3. As per contents of complaint from the applicant being a police personnel reportedly assaulted the informant and robbed valuables from his person when he went to the Police Station with regard to lodging of FIR. 4. It appears that earlier proceedings of the case bearing Complaint Case No. 1322 of 2013 were challenged in proceedings under Section 482 bearing No. 4633 of 2014 and was stayed vide order dated 12.11.2014 and was ultimately disposed of vide order dated 13.08.2024, granting liberty to applicant to file a discharge application before the Court concerned alongwith directions for consideration of his bail application. 5. Considering the liberty which has been granted to applicant and looking into the nature of complaint levelled against him, this Court does not find any good ground to grant indulgence. Liberty, however, was granted to applicant vide order dated 13.08.2024 in application under Section 482 No. 4633 of 2014 shall remain available to applicant. 6. With aforesaid directions, application stands disposed of.
