Issue an appropriate order or direction to the Opposite Party No. 1 to decide the appeal bearing: i. Appeal bearing Appeal No.513/2022 filed against Petitioner No. 1 before Opposite Party No. 1. ii. Appeal bearing Appeal No.541/2022 filed against Petitioner No.2 before Opposite Party No.1. iii. Appeal bearing Appeal No.514/2022 filed against Petitioner No.3 before Opposite Party No.1. iv. Appeal bearing Appeal No.625/2022 filed against Petitioner No.4 before Opposite Party No.1 filed against the Petitioners in a time bound manner." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending appeals with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
