An order or direction thereby commanding to the Opposite Party No.1 who is not deciding the Case No. No.58/2025, parties "Mukesh Kumar versus Madhuri" pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge (Family Court), District Lucknow i.e. Opposite Party No.1, within stipulated time may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit.
