ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the impugned order passed by the 2nd and 3rd respondents vide Proceedings No. 1157/A4/2017 dated nil .01.2018, terminating the service of the petitioner from the post of Anganwadi worker of Maruwvada-II, Kotha Maruwvada Anganwadi Centre Code No.69, ICDS Veeragattam, Srikakulam District is arbitrary, illegal, against principles of natural justice and without jurisdiction and consequently set aside the same and pass….”
2. Heard Ms.Sowmya Naidu, learned counsel, representing, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in compliance of the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner is continuing in the post of anganwadi worker.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for would also submit that the petitioner is continuing as anganwadi worker and no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
5. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
