By way of filing of this petition, a petitioner is seeking directions against the respondents to convene the review DPC pertaining to the year 2013-14, 2014-15 & 2015-16 for the post of Headmaster. 2. At the outset, it has been apprised to this Court that during pendency of this petition, petitioners have retired after attaining the age of superannuation, hence, under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to approach the respondent- department by way of filing appropriate representation, in case, any grievance still survives. 4.
