Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1 to consider and decide the regular suit no. 384 of 2012 Haveeb Ahmad and others Vs. Mithla Singh and others in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2012, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
