To direct the District Judge, Sultanpur to decide the 5C2 application filed in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 57 of 2024, Devi Prasad Vs. Santosh Kumar, expeditiously say within the time framed period as directed by this Hon'ble Court, contained as Annexure No. 1 to this petition, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
