Mr. Tejas Agarwal, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Subhash Joshi, learned counsel for respondent no.2. 4. Present application preferred under Section 528 of B.N.S.S., 2023 is supported with the compounding application and the same is also supported with the affidavits of Applicants well as Respondent no.2/complainant. 5. Applicant No.1, Applicant No.2, Applicant No.3 and Applicant No.4 as well as respondent no.2 are present in the Court. They are duly identified by their respective counsel. 6. By means of this C528 application Applicant sought quashing of Charge Sheet dated 27.09.2020 registered as FIR/Case Crime No.118 of 2020, summoning/cognizance order dated 17.02.2021 as well as the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.1326 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, 506 and 452 of IPC registered at Police Station Cantt., District Dehradun pending in the court of learned II Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun. 7. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the Applicants have entered into a compromise with Respondent no.2 and therefore, respondent no.2 is ready to get the offences compounded and the same is agreed upon by way of a compromise mutually 2025:UHC:5008 entered into by the parties. 8. Since the parties involved have been heard and the statements so made also been asserted by the learned counsel, the matter is accordingly, compounded. 9. In view of the observation as above, the compounding application is allowed. The further proceeding of Criminal Case No.1326 of 2021 as well as the Charge Sheet dated 27.09.2020 registered as FIR/Case Crime No.118 of 2020, summoning/cognizance order dated 17.02.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, 506 and 452 of IPC registered at Police Station Cantt., District Dehradun pending in the court of learned II Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun are quashed. 10. Consequently, the C528 application stands disposed of.
