In view of the proposed order being passed, notices to respondent No.6 is dispensed with. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 5. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "i) Issue writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned selection list in respect of opposite party No. 6 whereby she selected against the post of Aanganwadi Worker for Village- Ailhawa, District Shravasti, contained as Annexure No.1, in the interest of justice. ii) Issue writ order or direction in the nature of in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned opposite parties that they consider the case of petitioner and appoint the petitioner on the post of Aanganwadi worker of Village-Ailhawa, District Shravasti, within reasonable time, in the interest of justice." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided by respondent no.4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Perused the record. Considering the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.4 i.e. District Programme Officer, District Shravasti within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.4 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
