The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). to pass the order or direction to the learned court below to decide the interim stay application (5G2), in Regular suit No.989/2024 (Shubhadra Devi Versus Lal Bahadur & Others) before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Room No.24, Sultanpur, pending since 16.07.2024 according to law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
