The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(a). direct the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission Ist Lucknow to decide the Complaint Case No. 435/2021, u/s 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 (Dr. Lalit Gangwar versus Authorised Signatory, United India Insurance Co. Ltd. & others) expeditiously in a time frame manner, which is expedient in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
