Mr. Kaushal Sah Jagati and Mr. Yogesh Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Jaivardhan Kandpal, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. Mr. Pankaj Miglani, learned counsel for the Commission through V.C. 3. By the instant writ petition, the petitioner is praying for the following reliefs:- i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the condition of upper age limit as 42 years on applying for the Uttarakhand Combined State Civil/Lower Subordinate Services Examination Group-C as contained in condition no 4 of the said advertisement dated 13.12.2024 (Annexure No. 2) ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to grant relaxation to the petitioners in the upper age limit by giving parity of Uttarakhand Civil Service (Executive Branch) Rules 2005 and permit the petitioners to participate in the present recruitment examination. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted representation seeking age relaxation in view of age relaxation rules, i.e. Uttaranchal Public Service (Relaxation of Age limit for recruitment) 2025:UHC:1183 Rules 2003, but the same has not been decided. 5. Let the petitioner make fresh representation giving reference of the age relaxation rules and all the details to justify age relaxation within a week to respondent no. 1. If such representation is moved by the petitioner within a week, the same shall be decided within 15 days thereafter in accordance with Uttaranchal Public Service (Relaxation of Age limit for recruitment) Rules 2003 by a reasoned and speaking order. 6.
