JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Judgment / Order 24/03/2025 [2025:RJ-JP:13200] (2 of 2) [CW-5984/2010] This writ petition is directed against the order dated 19.04.2010 whereby, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Fatehpur, District Sikar was appointed as Administrator over the petitioner-Institute- Seth G.R. Chamria Senior Higher Secondary School, Fatehpur, District Sikar for a period of six months. By an interim order of this Court dated 10.05.2010, operation of the order impugned as also the consequential order even dated was stayed by this Court which is operating till date. None for the petitioners even in second round. However, in the interest of justice, this writ petition is disposed of in following terms as requested by the learned counsels for the respondents:- 1. The order impugned dated 19.04.2010 is quashed and set aside. 2. The respondents would be at liberty to pass an order afresh in accordance with law following the principles of natural justice.
