The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). For order or direction to the opposite party No.1 i.e., Civil Judge Junior Division Hawali District- Lucknow to decide the Civil Suit No.2182 of 2022 Shiv Kumar and another versus Akash Saini suit for possession of House Plot No. 38 Measuring Area 1400 Square fits Gata No. 981 and 984 Situated at Village- Kamlabad Badauli Pargana- Mohana, Tahsil-Baksi ka Talab District Lucknow filed by the petitioners pending before opposite party no. 1 contained in Annexure No.1 to this petition." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with law and in terms of the administrative guidelines issued by this Court. In case any suit property is decree, the petitioner would be at liberty to file an injunction application, if so advised, in accordance with law.
