An order or direction to the Additional District Judge/Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act, Court No. 7, Lucknow to decide the Regular Civil Appeal No. 239 of 2016, Smt. Asha Devi Vs. Rajendra (Annexure No. 1) pending before him." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the court concerned shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending appeal with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4. The petition is finally disposed of, in terms of above.
