Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 13.03.2024, whereby the review application field by the petitioner for reviewing the order dated 09.01.2024 was rejected. In the said review, there was an assertion that the rent is not being paid and the process of law was being misused by the tenant. 3. Considering the said finding and there being no material to suggest that the entire rent is being paid coupled with the fact that no power of review vests in the revisional court, no interference is called for. 4.
