Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned preventive detention order dated 19.03.2025 passed by the opposite party no.3/District Magistrate, District-Shrawasti under the provision of Section 3(2) National Security Act-1980 and consequential order dated 27.03.2025 passed by the opposite party no.2 contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. ii. Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties/Detaining Authority to release the Petitioner/Detenue immediately, detained in pursuance of Detention Order dated 19.03.2025 and 27.03.2025 passed by the opposite party no.3 and 2." 3.
