Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:25744 Court No. - 8 Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 1370 of 2025 Applicant :- Rajesh Kumar Singh Opposite Party :- Smt. Neha Prakash, Director Training And Employment Lko. And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Abhishek Dwivedi,Pradeep Chandola Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. By means of the instant application, the applicant alleges willful disobedience of the order dated 14.03.2024 passed by the writ court in Writ A no.2041 of 2024. A specific query was put to the counsel for the applicant that there is a willful disobedience of the order passed by the writ court dated 14.03.2024, to which, he submits that issue involved in the application of the applicant has already been decided in a bunch of writ petitions which was decided on 13.11.2024. He further submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the said decision. Be that as it may, the writ petition of the petitioner is still pending whether he is entitled to the benefit of the order passed in similar writ petitions as stated by the applicant, which was decided on 13.11.2024 is the subject matter to be considered by the writ court itself. In the order dated 14.03.2024 the Court had stayed operation of the order dated 19.10.2023 and it could not be demonstrated as to how this order has been violated. Accordingly, this Court finds that no case for disobedience is made out, at this stage. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
