This writ petition has been filed for the extension of time for honouring the One Time Settlement which was earlier arrived at between the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner today has informed that a date for auction has been fixed for 24.3.2025 of the mortgaged property. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the Bank relying upon the judgment of the Supreme Court in Celir LLP vs Bafna Motors (Mumbai) Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. reported in (2024) 2 SCC 1 submits that when once auction proceedings had been initiated, the Courts may not interfere. 4. We do find substance in the arguments raised by learned counsel for the Bank. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The petitioner may, if so advised, approach such forum as is provided under the provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
