The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was arraigned as A.1 in Crime No.645 of 2024 of Rayachoty Police Station, Annamayya District, registered for the offence under Sections 78(2), 69, 115(2), 89, 351(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(v)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. 3. The crime registered on 31.12.2024 and the petitioner is alleged to have committed are serious in nature. 4. Considering the serious nature of the allegations, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation. It is left open to the investigating officer to complete the investigation in accordance with law. 5. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. 6.
