This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 21.04.2025 at Police Station- Musafirkhana, District-Amethi at FIR No.104 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS., contained in Annexure 1 to this writ petition. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court as permissible under law. 4.
