When the matter was listed before the Registrar (P and H) on 20.09.2022 and 28.03.2023 for non-compliance of the office objections, the learned counsel for the appellants was absent in both the occasions. The matter was posted before the Court on 11.01.2024 and none appeared for the appellants and this Court granted two weeks time to comply with the office objections. When the matter was listed on 15.04.2025, at the request of the learned counsel for the appellants, three weeks time was granted to comply with the office objections. On 28.06.2024, the learned counsel for the appellants was absent and this Court granted two weeks time to comply with the office objections on payment of cost of Rs.500/- payable at the Registry and also made it clear that if the learned counsel - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20895 RSA No. 1421 of 2021 for the appellants does not pay the cost and comply with the office objections within two weeks, the appeal will be dismissed without reference to the Bench. Inspite of it, office objections are not complied with. On 10.06.2025, this Court made it clear that the appeal will be dismissed and inspite of it, office objections are not complied and cost is also not paid. 2.
