The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner was called to the police station, and during the course of the enquiry, it was found that respondent Nos.4 and 5 had filed the O.S.No.585 of 2018, on the file of the II Junior Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor, and also obtained an injunction against the petitioner. The 3rd respondent has closed the PGRS against the petitioner and informed the same to the 2nd respondent. 3. Considering the submissions, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
