Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:26582-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 4242 of 2025 Petitioner :- Mohd. Kasim Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Agriculture Lko. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Piyush Pathak,Vijay Kumar Yadav,Virendra Singh Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Naresh Chandra Mehrotra Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Sri Anagh Shukla, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of opp. party Nos. 3 and 4 by filing his vakalatnama, which is taken on record. Heard, learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. The petitioner wants transfer of allotment of Shop No. S-40 situated at Naveen Mandi Sthal, Sultanpur, in his favour, as his brother, in whose name allotment existed, is no more. On being asked, as to whether the brother was married, the petitioner says that he was married. Apart from the fact that wife and other legal heirs may have a right, counsel for the Mandi Parishad says that the allotment has already been suspended way back in the year 2016. Copy of the suspension order has been handed over to the petitioner. For all these reasons we do not find it a appropriate case for interference at the behest of the petitioner. If any person who has locus standi and a cause to challenge the suspension of allotment, which was made way back in 2016, or to claim transfer of allotment, can seek other remedies prescribed in law. With the above observations this writ petition is disposed of. (Om Prakash Shukla, J.) (Rajan Roy, J.)
